Managing Director
Mr. Arjun Khanna manages the firm’s business. He has worked closely with
leading brokerage firms and high net worth individuals for over 17 years. He is
a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and holds a Diploma in Business
Management from Queen’s University, Northern Ireland, and U.K.
Mr. Alok Lodha
Executive Director
Mr. Alok Lodha leads the firm’s research activities, which is the key focus
area for the company. He has also played a key leadership role in building
Aadhar into a niche specialized firm. Mr. Lodha who has a vast experience of 16
years having worked with various financial institutions before becoming a part
of Aadhar Securities. He is graduate of Kirori Mal College, New Delhi.
Mr. Balaji Narayan
Director
Mr. Balaji Narayan has been a key driver in the growth of the company’s trading
operations and is responsible for the strategic development of the firm. Mr.
Narayan is a Commerce graduate and has over 16 years experience in financial
institutions in Equity Sales.
Mr. Paulastya Sachdev
Director
Mr. Paulastya Sachdev is actively involved in the business development and
research activities of Aadhar Securities. He has completed his B.Sc. in
Business Administration, majoring in Accounts, from Cardiff University, Wales,
U.K., and done a course in Business Analysis and Evaluation at Harvard
University. He also has 4 years of equity research experience.
Mr. Rajeev Sikand
Head - Institutional Business Development
With his strong skills of relationship management and knowledge of the
institutional market space, Mr. Sikand is responsible for developing and
implementing strategies to drive growth in the Foreign Institutional sector. He
is a Commerce Honours graduate from St. Xavier's College and has over 13 years
of rich experience in Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management across
varied sectors including FMCG and Financial Services.
